Really, we don't have many landmarks left on the server, I dislike the fact that this one could fall into the wrong hands also, over the years ive had to watch far to much of our history get buried into the dirt again.

I would think he would be willing to relinquish it to someone, depending on asking price maybe we can pool our resources and take it off his hands.

According to the original blessing agreement, such houses CANNOT be sold. The penalty is deletion.

Willard would be the obvious choice in the line of succession.
