Look for a person who owned 3 buildings in East Skara area

Hi,
Wondering if anyone who can give me a contact for the owner of "fortress of Spirituality" and the 2 blackrock mines located east of Skara/Whispering Winds.
I was told that there was a OSS member who own these places. Unfortunately either I or Lore Denin were not able to meet him. In fact, we would like to speak (icq, in game talk..etc) with this person and see if we can work out abit more as a team for Whispering Winds. It is not necessary for us to make this person as faction player for Whispering Wind, but we are tyring to ask him to work as a town planner with us.
Anyway, pls give me some info of this person if anyone know about him, thnx.
