Gathering of the Guilds

The Gathering of the Guilds is officially scheduled for Sunday December 14th!
Preparations need to be made for who can and can not attend, typically this is held in the late afternoon. We'll need books to distribute about our guild as well as runes to Newcastle, we may want to think of some ideas of some RP things we can be doing during the event to draw interest in the Knights. Perhaps a bit of sparring .... maybe a bit of jousting ..... we need to also decide if we are wearing our dress whites.
Think about the event and bring your ideas to the next Guild meeting!

Thats a big negative on the dress whites..need to show guild colors here. Not look like snowmen

Ah..awesome Silverbrook..thank you. Im guessin its gonna cost around..oh I dunno...a 100mil or so..and we're prolly gonna need some realllly rare items...so if you could get that all over to us thatd be great...THANKS!!!

When we go to the gathring of the guilds, we will be wearing our uniforms. Dress whites are for ceramonies only. Also i too think we should have guild books ready. We can start working on them at once . Silverbrook thank you for your offer, we will take you up on it. Heck weather a Knight or not we are ALL part of GLRP for now and we need to help each other if we are to rescue RP here.

I think everyone who is able to attend from the GLRP community SHOULD! We can use all the publicity we can muster, and an event like this is a great opportunity.
Might I make the suggestion that we go to this gathering with an event of our own planned for the near future? How about a Yule event? We could do a party/tournament like was done last year - repeating a highly sucessful event can help to make it a yearly tradition.
As for looking like snowmen, I can take care of that for you...

Have you not seen me in my normal 'combat wear'? Luna while and invulnerablity blue, 'tis blinding according to some. *shrugs*
