Log of the 449th Session of the High Council of Britannia.

DaKaren: Welcome to the 449th session of the High Council of Britannia.
DaKaren: Britannia is seeing an increase in pirate activity in the southwestern waters.
DaKaren: One such rogue vessel's crew was confronted last week and their threat ended.
DaKaren: However, sources indicate that there is a new individual or organization desirous of uniting smaller criminal enterprises under one banner.
DaKaren: While this would not be the first time such was conceived, I feel safe in predicting that their success would not bode well.
DaKaren: *sighs*
DaKaren: Next to nothing is known about who is behind this, so please stay vigilant.
DaKaren: Since Grand Marshal Polynikes was unable to be with us this eve, we shall skip a report from the B.A.F.
DaKaren: Fortunately, I do not believe they saw any engagements since our last session.
DaKaren: Councilor Kivlov, does the Township of Newcastle have anything to bring before the Council this eve?
Guntur Kivlov: *ahem*
Guntur Kivlov: We have noticed an increase in friendly hunters in the area, stopping to rest as they try find
Guntur Kivlov: large game to take back the Skara.
John: *smiles*
Guntur Kivlov: I am happy to accept any help managing our wildlife, as well as clearing out the occasional troll
Guntur Kivlov: Other than that we have no pressing concerns. Thank you Chancellor.

DaKaren: Thank you, Councilor.
DaKaren: Councilor Knighthawke, does the city of Minoc have anything to bring before the Council this eve?
Tanda: Thank you Chancellor
Tanda: Minoc is doing well, there was a pleasant surprise at the Matewan
John: *nods*
Tanda: business and labor brought about a large donation of food for the citizens in Minoc
Tanda: there will be a story for the Tribune shortly
Tanda: it's being proofed as we speak
Tanda: Also on December 8th
Tanda: I am planning and hoping those who can
Tanda: will join me in a Yule event for the Governors
Tanda: nothing fancy
Tanda: but Governor Warner has kindly decorated Fitz Owen Green
Tanda: seeing that the Yule spirit seems to be lacking
Tanda: in other places

Tanda: so we will have a "giving tree"
Tanda: then we hope to have each Governor who is able next Monday
Tanda: to gain a trade mission
Tanda: to one of their sister cities
Tanda: we shall make donations via this trade mission
Tanda: to the cities
Tanda: caroling and such along the way
Tanda: I have some food goodies
Tanda: to give to citizen who come to render aid
Tanda: and for those governors who do not have time
Tanda: or are cooking impaired
Tanda: I can manage said treats

Dot Warner: Britain fares well and the citizens are preparing for the coming winter.
Dot Warner: I'm pleased to report that the 2nd Annual Harvest Banquet drew a respectable crowd.
Dot Warner: I'm already looking forward to next year's. *smiles*
Dot Warner: FitzOwen Green is currently undergoing redecoration for Governor Knighthawke's Yule event, so be mindful of falling ornaments if you visit!

DaKaren: Councilor Aornis, does the city of Vesper have anything to bring before the Council this eve?
Aornis: Thank you. All has been quiet in Vesper. The citizens have been preparing for the holidays.
Aornis: I have also been nominated again to continue my governing of Vesper.

DaKaren: Councilor Jameison, does the city of Jhelom have anything to bring before the Council this eve?
Thom Jameison: Things are going well in Jhelom.
Thom Jameison: We need to finalize the caravan for food and supplies intended for Skara Brae.

Thom Jameison: I have supplies gathered and will be seeking help in transporting these goods.

Silrien Aegnor: Moonglow has been peaceful, therefore there is nothing to report.
