DaKaren: Welcome to the 451st session of the High Council of Britannia.
DaKaren: Welcome back from the winter holidays.
DaKaren: I hope everyone enjoyed the time off with his or her friends and families.
DaKaren: Little of note has occurred since the last session, though if you remember, there is still some form of criminal organization lurking in the shadows.
DaKaren: *shrugs a little* Caution, of course, is always advised.
DaKaren: I have heard rumor of formal Royal Navy maneuvers in the near future, presumably related to continuing smuggling and piracy along the Blood Coast and Valorian Seas.
DaKaren: I am sure an official announcement will be forthcoming.
DaKaren: Since the last election, we have new governors to induct into the Council, though only one present tonight.
DaKaren: Lord Mortaul, would you like to take Trinsic's seat this eve?

Guntur Kivlov: Thank you, Well let me start by welcoming our new Governor to the Council.

Guntur Kivlov: Newcastle had a nice "turn of the year"
DaKaren: Good to hear.

Dot Warner: Britain and her citizens are happily weathering the mild and blessedly uneventful winter, all is well.
Dot Warner: I expect to hold a meeting regarding the next tournament cycle either later this month, or early next.
Dot Warner: This will mainly be to tweak rules and such.

Malag aste: No things have been... well busy in my home and I honestly haven't had much time for anything but helping with the twins.
