DaKaren: The gargoyle community of Ambrosia is no more. The underwater dome flooded early last week.
DaKaren: Fortunately, all the colonists were evacuated in time.
DaKaren: As noted during previous sessions of this Council, the Timelord is seeking volunteers to gather a diamond from the lands of Danger and Despair, more commonly known as Ilsehnar.

DaKaren: Grand Marshal Polynikes, would you please brief the Council on military matters in the Kingdom?

Guntur Kivlov: Newcastle remains relatively quiet in the grand scheme of the Realm.
Guntur Kivlov: Other than some talks among the citizenry of implementing some interesting policies...

DaKaren: Lord Knighthawke, will you be filling in for your wife this eve in regards to Minoc?
John: Aye Chancellor.
John: We remain quiet and prosperous in a very Minoc way.
John: Pleased to hear of the gargoyle survivors of the Amborsia....Experiment...

Dot Warner: Britain has fared well since last we met.
Dot Warner: I am quite pleased to say that Von Karl and his mutt's villainy has been thwarted twice now.
Dot Warner: Beating them into unconsciousness is truly quite cathartic. I highly recommend it and can't wait to do it again!

Dot Warner: The Smuggler's Run Regatta happened this past weekend. While fun, it wasn't as successfully attended as I would have hoped.
Dot Warner: However, for the three captains who registered, it guaranteed them a prize.
Dot Warner: First place, for the second year in a row, went to Loki of Seven Samurai Smokin Sensimilla, captain of the S.S. Surio.
Dot Warner: Second place went to Freddie of Moonglow Magicks & Artisans, captain of the Deep Sea Fisherman.
Dot Warner: Third place went to Emelyne Shay of the Guild of Friends, captain of The Dragon's Cowl.
Dot Warner: Hearty congratulations to each of them, and a big thank you to all of the Official Regatta Passengers. *smiles, nodding those present*
Dot Warner: The Colonial Challenge Tournament, the last publicly enterable tournament in this year's King's Cup cycle, will be held Saturday, September 19th at 1pm CDT.

Dot Warner: Look for the official announcement and start of registration on the Tribune next Tuesday.
Dot Warner: There is a morsel of new information out of Cove...
Dot Warner: According to Director Ashburn, Ingrid the Healer is currently re-researching animal-borne contagions...having earlier dismissed them as a likely vector.
Dot Warner: Hopefully, she is nearing a resolution to their ongoing health crisis.
Dot Warner: Aid and donations can still be made through the Red Ankh Society.

Kittie: Recently not only was Verity Isle attacked by Raptors but also buy that demon dog .. *growling beneath her breath* .. thankfully all were fought off valiantly, but not before getting a few good punches or two..
Kittie: .. the zookeeper was dealt with, as I was assured complete safety with these new creatures. I do not believe he will be working for the zoo any longer.
Kittie: Finally, at the royal meeting, it would appear there was yet another.. demon dog.. that .. *the pupils in her eyes narrow as she hold back from growling quite loudly.. her fur puffing up where it can be seen* ..
Kittie: dared to even... lick me on my leg.. like.. some .. *growls* .. *shakes it off .. * .. In any case, thankfully these pests were dealt with .. but, I will rest better when they are properly held and dealt with on a more, permanent manner..

Nevahs Blazefire: Other than the end of the Justicar election, I am still catching up and will be helping the two new Justicars do the same.
