Proposed amendment to Article XIX, Section B

Due to the redundancy of city status reports created when sessions of the King's Royal Council and the High Council of Britannia occur on the same date, I propose the following amendment to Article XIX, Section B of the Sixth Royal Constitution of Britannia:

Article XIX: Meeting Procedures
A.The date, time, and location of all meetings shall be decided upon by the Chancellor, who shall do his best to choose a date, time, and location which is suitable to the needs of the High Council.
B.The High Council shall hold public meetings regularly, and private meetings by necessity.
1. Abbreviated meetings may occur when sessions of the King's Royal Council and the High Council of Britannia fall on the same date.
a. Councilors who gave a report at the King's Royal Council may choose to forgo giving a report to the High Council should they so desire. All other duties will still apply.
b. Councilors and/or adjutants who are not a part of the King's Royal Council will continue to be expected to give a status report.
