Justicar Election

The High Council and High Court of Britannia is looking for at least one eligible candidate to serve as High Justicar on any future civil or criminal cases. Applicants should have a strong grasp of the Virtue of Justice as well as a knowledge of the laws of the Kingdom of Britannia.

The nomination period will run from the 488th session of the High Council of Britannia until five minutes before the start of the 489th session (7:55pm CDT, 7/11/16). Eligible candidates, according to Article XVII, section A, subsection 2, clause a of the Sixth Royal Constitution of the Kingdom of Britannia, should deposit their letters of intent to run in the mailbox at the Jerred Ghyss Civic Center in Compassion Grove.

Once the nomination period is over, a debate may be held within nine days (tentatively scheduled for 7/18/16 8:00pm CDT). A finalized ballot will be published that evening, and will be available from a steward stationed next to the mailbox at the Jerred Ghyss Civic Center.(keyword to be announced on the 18th).

The official voting period will start July 20th and run until five minutes before the 490th session of the High Council of Britannia (7:55pm CDT, 7/25/16).

Note: Deadline dates and times for the nomination and voting stage are non-negotiable. Electoral Administrator Kivlov will not accept late nominations or ballots. Early submissions are strongly encouraged!
