The proposed amendment of the Fourth Royal Constitution of Britannia to return to a Triumvirate of the High Justicars of Virtue of the High Court of Britannia.

The proposed amendment has been updated as agreed to at the meeting this eve to simply update Article V in its entirety to the new version rather than striking it and adding a new Article -- this is being done in order to preserve a more legible document as proposed by Max von Bayer.
