Your challenge: Hold a fun hunt or event.
Contest begins: Dec. 26, 2009
Contest ends: Jan. 13, 2010
First Place Prize: 5 million gold, 1 Natural Hair Dye token and 3 Heritage tokens.
Second Place Prize: 3 million gold and 2 Heritage Tokens.
Third Place Prize: 2 million gold and 1 Heritage Token.
Rules for this contest: (ONE entry for contest per person! Not character)
1. There must be proof of the hunt or event. (Screen shots are not needed if I personally attend. A short summary posted will still be needed even if I'm there) *All contest entries must be posted on the NWJ boards, or a link to your post provided there.*
2. Winners will be determined not only by how many people show up for their event, but everyone must have fun!
3. You must be in the Wolf Rider alliance to qualify.
4. Your event/hunt must be posted on the alliance calendar. (It must be posted by you)
http://wolfridersali.dkpsystem.com/news.php5. It can be held on the same day as another event, hunt, or meeting. However, it must be held at a different time should there be events on the same day.
6. There will be a total of 3 judges, the first being Severn. Members or Emissary's may be judges if they wish. Judges may be from NWJ or other guilds within the alliance. To be a Judge, you may not participate in the contest, and you must get approval from Severn.
Tips and ideas:
1. You have over two weeks to hold your event. Remember to give time for word of your event to spread, or no one will show up.
2. There is nothing wrong with classic hunts, and they can be alot of fun. But an event can be anything, from a Net Toss, Horse Race, Boat Race, or Scavenger Hunt.
3. How successful your event/hunt is, depends on how much work you put into it. Remember to remind people on alliance chat, to post about it on the forums, or ask even ask an admin to post about it on the MOTD on vent.
