198th meeting of the High Council (May 1, 2006)
High Council meeting was called to order by Chancellor Tanda McLeod at approximately 8:05 pm central skies.

The Councilor of Yew reported there have been a few skirmishes with criminals in the city. There have been found no connections between these brigands and other troubles in the realm.

The Councilor of Whispering Winds reports they have elected a new Mayor to the City. Just prior to the High Council meeting. Q'arlyand Merlan is the new Mayor of Whispering Wind.

Rand al'Thor reported that many training events and drills have begun within the military ranks. Renewed training in preparation for what may lie ahead.

A new Tavern or road house is slated to open within the realm shortly. The proprietor of this establishment is, I believe I heard, herself is opening this business to serve the Drow population of Britannia and elsewhere. More news is to come.

The 200th meeting of the High Council comes in six short months, plans are in the works for a banquet or buffet to be held on site in commeration of the event.
