As I have travelled in the rich city of Minoc with it's coddled citizens I could not help but think how ripe it is to be conquered. No troops, very few men of age. Mostly populated by old women and girls.

What has become of this once proud city? no matter it's better for my kind who seek a base of operations. Be warned those that claim to rule Minoc your days are coming to a close.

The Tempest shale rule!

Minoc has withstood many a tempest, storms which has shaken it to it's very core. You my good fellow may presume us to be elderly women and children, who have grown wealthy. I find that citizens in Minoc have come to what they have through hard work and sacrifice.

I will NOT consider the fall of Minoc an option.
