An announcement from Governor Tanda.

The City of Minoc and the surrounding region would like to announce a return to the older days of Minoc, before the reign of the Bruce.

All beings who are law-abiding and follow law and order, regardless of appearance,race, or economic standing or the like, are welcome in Minoc. If you have goods for sale you can have a free vendor spot at Governor Tanda's castle beginning mid-March and we will offer what assistance we can.

For those who violate our trust, know that we have not forgotten the Highland ways of the Bruce, the spears of the successors to the Highland Guard remain sharp, and the north remembers.
