218th Meeting of the High Council (Sept 18, 2006)
Narrative summary as I've gathered from interview.
Chancellor Tanda McLeod was under the weather an unable to chair the meeting.
The meeting was conducted by Vice Chancellor Arrenathian with Adjutant Justicar Veldrin verifying.
Allethia of Andorrast was elected as the council representative to that City. The swearing in was postpone to the next meeting when Chancellor McLeod would return.

The night was otherwise uneventful.
