Tanda: I'd like to welcome you all
Tanda: to the High Council Hall
Tanda: we'll get started here in just a few minutes
Ioshus: *yawns and gets comfortable*

Tanda: I call this meeting to order
Polynikes of Yew: Good evening M’ lady
Tanda: First I'd like to announce that the new Constitution
Tanda: was in fact passed
Tanda: last week
Leon: *claps*
Tanda: the voter turn out
pabII: *claps*
Tanda: was better than we had anticipated
Tanda: It is on display in the library
Tanda: on the second floor here
Polynikes of Yew: *smiles*
Tanda: and there is a book with the address of our public office also
Tanda: so if you wish to study the document it is available
Tanda: A much shorter document too
Tanda: *Smiles*
Tanda: only four books
Tanda: to the like sixteen the other was
Ioshus: *grins*
Leon: *bigger clap*
Tanda: In keeping with the changes that now means
Tanda: that communities such as Whispering Wind or Newcastle
Tanda: may now seek representation
Tanda: on the Council
Tanda: As well as other communities that may wish to apply
Tanda: The traditional seats of the Virtue cities
Tanda: Britania, Moonglow, Magincia, Skara Brae, Yew etc
Tanda: of course all also remain in tact
Tanda: though it is no longer mandated
Tanda: that they must be filled to meet quorum
Tanda: as other cities now may count as well
Tanda: Their representation if we find candidates willing to serve
Tanda: are most welcome
Tanda: The Philosophy seats
Tanda: of Balance, Chaos and Order
Tanda: have been removed
Tanda: Which is notably missing
Tanda: Hence Arrenathian is Acting Vice Chancellor
Tanda: While we sort through that as well
Tanda: Do either councilors have any items to report this evening?
Tanda: *looks from Pabll to Kimber*

Kimber: I have nothing...at this time.
Tanda: *Nods*
Tanda: Then we will move to old business
Tanda: I have given you the update on the Council Reform at this point
Tanda: So next I am told there is the matter
Tanda: of membership in the Britannian Armed forces for A Fellowship of Outcasts
Strider: *smiles*
Polynikes of Yew: *nods in agreement*
Tanda: Grand Marshall
Angel of Death: *smiles*
Tanda: Did you have anything to say before a vote?
Polynikes of Yew: Yes I would like the High Council to consider admitting
Polynikes of Yew: The Fellowship of Outcast as a full member of the BAF.
Xyrak T'ryn: *smiles*
Tanda: *Smiles*
Tanda: Does the Fellowship have anything to add?
Tanda: Or was that done last meeting?
Kimber: We spoke at the last meeting..
Tanda: *Nods*
Kimber: But we would like to protect the citizens
Kimber: along with the other BAFs.

Tanda: Going to have to get myself a pocket constitution

Tanda: and get some permanent leadership in place

Tanda: toward everyone knowing who is responsible for what
Tanda: I have heard that Whispering Winds is working
Tanda: on their election process

Tanda: can come in all their finery
Tanda: and make some platform speeches

Tanda: I would like to begin with Justicar debates
Tanda: on the 18th
Tanda: if we can get even one of the two seats filled
Tanda: it will help with any disputes that may arise over the new constitution
