Tanda: I'd like to welcome everyone to the High Council
Tanda: This is the last meeting of the century
Tanda: A milestone in many of our lives
Tanda: to see the change of the Century
Tanda: With the aid of those of you here
Tanda: and many who cannot make it to these meetings
Tanda: the next Century will bring even greater blessings
Tanda: I call this meeting to order

Tanda: We'll begin the meeting with a call for Council reports or announcements

Kimber: I was informed in Skara earlier by Kael Silverberg
Kimber: That there has been two attacks on town guards

Kimber: So we aren’t sure of who there men were..

Treybyre Heart: It has come to light a significant discovery concerning the Virtues to us.
Treybyre Heart: There are tales of Virtues actually being embodied within the Souls of individuals,
Treybyre Heart: Sometimes more than one Virtue.
Treybyre Heart: As we look around Britannia, and face the absence of our most gracious King,
Treybyre Heart: The Monarch that established Virtue on this desolate land,
Treybyre Heart: It becomes more and more apparent, that the land is in Need of these Virtues,
Treybyre Heart: Embodied within the soul of all around.
Treybyre Heart: We have come to the Conclusion that this can only be accomplished,
Treybyre Heart: Through the followed example of One Person,
Treybyre Heart: Who has embodied all Eight of His Highness's Virtues.
Treybyre Heart: Therefore, we would like to lay upon this Council,
Treybyre Heart: The Burden of determining this Embodiment,
Treybyre Heart: And the Voice to Call for this one Person.
Treybyre Heart: We are therefore donating One Million Crowns,
Treybyre Heart: To be placed in the Custody of the current Chancellor,
Treybyre Heart: For the development of this.

Treybyre Heart: We ask only that you give this Call to All in the Realm,
Treybyre Heart: Through the Loudest Voices that you can muster.
Treybyre Heart: We also ask that this Council Decree, by no easy means,
Treybyre Heart: The definition and tasks of what this Embodiment of Total Virtue

Polynikes of Yew: I wanted to inform the council and citzens of a situation that recently arose.
Polynikes of Yew: I was approached by members of the Empire that indicated that a caravan
Polynikes of Yew: was traveling from New Castle to Nujelom and on to Tokuno
Polynikes of Yew: this individual indicated that they intended to stop the caravan
Polynikes of Yew: I warned them that that action would be met by force should
Polynikes of Yew: it occur in the lands we protect
Polynikes of Yew: On the appointed day my patrols found Empire troops laying in wait
Polynikes of Yew: They were told to depart
Polynikes of Yew: they seemed to be obeying when the caravan from Newcastle approached
Polynikes of Yew: After refusing my order to leave the troops of the Empire attacked and were subdued by BAF
Polynikes of Yew: and members of the caravan.
Polynikes of Yew: The caravan made it safely to Nujel’m.
Polynikes of Yew: I bring this up only to point out
Polynikes of Yew: the fact that the Empire still seems to be active
Polynikes of Yew: and is trying to create distrust among our cities and citizens
